How we use your information:
We process personal data relating to clients (you) of SWO Consult Ltd.
Following an information audit we classify the personal data we hold in two ways. As Contractual or Legitimate Interests.
Due to the nature of the existing relationship we have with you, our interpretation is that we can lawfully process your information under the two bases mentioned above. We have conducted, as recommended by the ICO, a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) to support this decision. Our LIA will be kept under regular review.
Please be assured that we will treat your data with the utmost integrity, respect and confidentiality. Your personal data will be stored securely and deleted within a reasonable period of time. Your personal data will only be used to record correspondence (for contractual agreement reasons) or in line with a clear pre agreed request such as Workshop Designs and MBTI Workshops.
